Spanish tax returns, explained in English

Your tax position depends on your circumstances. We help you understand the information needed, review your income and relevant documents and explain the scope of the return or filing we can prepare for you. If you have received a tax notice, tell us the response deadline when contacting us.

Beckham Law: advice from assessment to filing

If you have moved or are planning to move to Spain, we can review whether this special tax regime may be available in your circumstances. We explain the relevant requirements and deadlines, the application process and the ongoing obligations. Eligibility and potential savings require an individual assessment; the regime is not automatically suitable for everyone.

Property, contracts and civil disputes

Before you sign a reservation agreement, an earnest-money agreement, a purchase contract or a lease, we can review the documents and explain the practical risks. We also advise on deposits, contractual breaches, claims and civil disputes. If further negotiation or court proceedings are needed, we agree a separate scope and quotation with you first.

How to get started

  1. Send a short outline. Tell us the type of issue and any urgent deadline.
  2. Agree the work. We check whether we can assist, identify relevant documents and explain fees.
  3. Meet your legal team. We arrange a telephone or video consultation, or discuss an appointment in Barcelona.
